The goal of Belton High School was to transform the cafeteria into a restaurant experience. The cafeteria, renamed as the B-Town Café, consisted of the four serving areas featuring a signature food or ethnic cuisine. Each serving area was rebranded with a new restaurant name and signage, themed graphics, and motivational wall art. The main dining area now features custom ceiling décor for accent and a variety of seating options, from custom graphic-laminated communal tables with bent plywood chairs to New Yorker booths. A lounge area with assorted-colored Rondo stools, Modena booths and round benches was created to offer additional engaging area for the students. This once average cafeteria now resembles that of an exciting and energizing food court, where students can enjoy a good meal and engage with their peers.
