As the Retail Project and Account Manager, I am primarily dedicated to overseeing all Ferguson projects, as well as diversified retail accounts. For the past decade, I've served in a variety of positions at ISI. My primary role has been in Project Management; additionally, I've worked as Operations Manager, Senior Project Manager, Estimator and Account Manager. Prior to joining ISI, I owned my own architectural millwork business for five years, and was a professional
woodworker and custom cabinetmaker for eight years. I enjoy working with the Ferguson team, and have also served Harley-Davidson, Trek, and the education market. Each has its unique challenges, but by and large the same management principles apply universally.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from UW-Madison, with a focus on furniture-making, and have certifications as a Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor and Real Estate Broker.
I don't play a lot of fancy guitar. I don't want to play it. The kind of guitar I want to play is mean, mean licks. -John Lee Hooker
When I'm not at work, I enjoy time at home with my wife, Amy, and our daughter, Ava. We also love camping in our vintage Airstream, which we renovated ourselves. Amy and I met in art school. She is an accomplished interior designer, and we regularly conspire on projects together - designing, building, remodeling. We are both still artists at heart and aficionados of various media.
I am an avid guitar player and gear nut as well as a novice singer/songwriter, with somewhat more passion than skill, but ever improving. I've practiced martial arts since my teens and hold rank in both Aikido and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I still enjoy woodworking and finish carpentry, though it's mainly a hobby now for improvements on our own home. Making music is definitely my current creative outlet.
