I went to school to be a carpenter and worked building houses for seven years. After I got married, my wife got a job at Ripon High School so we moved to the area and I was
hired on at Interior Systems. I originally began in the Décor department, but eventually moved to the Steel department in January of 2012. I'm all about learning, so

when I moved over to working in steel, I was excited for something new to try. I try to bring new ideas to the table, and a smile on my face
every day. Everyone's got to work, and it's nice to be able to be one of the few who can say that I love my job.
I'm from Maribel, Wisconsin which is in the Manitowoc area. We moved to the area when my wife began teaching at Ripon High School, where she is the choir director. In October 2011 we welcomed our daughter Ella Jane to the world. It's been fun to watch her grow and learn. My wife is into theatre, and we both love music.
I play the trumpet, French horn and piano. I also play with the Ripon Symphony Orchestra. Besides our lifelong passion for music, I love building birdhouses. I enjoy being creative and having the ability to take a piece of wood and sculpt it into something beautiful.
