My first job out of high school was in 1989 where I built kitchen cabinets in a small three person shop. I worked there until coming to ISI in July of 1990, and have now been here 23 years. My first job here was working in the Décor department. After working for about five years in Décor, I took an open position as the Customer
Service Manager for about two years. When I was ready to take the next step to Project Management my first task was to work directly with our newly acquired client, Harley-Davidson. For five years, my team and I designed and manufactured their showrooms. The decision was made to move our office to Milwaukee,

and I decided that with my family based in Fond du Lac I wanted to stay here. I took an open position as the shop Supervisor of the Upholstery Department, and then worked as the Production Manager for three years. I eventually returned to Project Management and am currently the Senior Project Manager for the Education
Division. My ISI journey has taken me on a winding path, so to speak, and I am thankful for that. I've gotten to play a variety of different parts here, which has made me a versatile and knowledgeable ISI employee who genuinely enjoys and appreciates every part of this company.
I am an outdoor type of person. I like to hunt and fish when time allows me to. I also enjoy spending as much time as I can at our cabin in northern Wisconsin.
As a family at the cabin, we fish and hunt and also ride our four wheelers as much as we can.
