I have been with ISI for 28 years. My career began in the Décor department, but I eventually transitioned to Service Technician, where I repaired animated 'Ronald Shows' along with building numerous electronics devices for our Entertainment division. I was then asked take on the role of Maintenance and Telecommunications
Manager. After doing that job for 15 years, I was asked to fill the role of Production Manager. In 2010, I returned to the Maintenance Manager position, a job I really enjoy because every day is different and I never know what to expect. My goal every day is to make sure that all the equipment is running smoothly, along

with predictive and preventive maintenance. Fixing and building things have always come naturally to me. I have taken several telecommunication courses through
UW Milwaukee along with courses through Stiles Education, to continue my education. My working environment is always changing, and I enjoy the challenges.
I have been married for 32 years to my wife Donna. My wife and I bought our first home when we were 19 years old. I guess we were looking for a challenge, so we built our next home ourselves. We have one son, Shawn, who is 22 years old. He graduated with his BA in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and will continue his graduate studies as a Research Assistant. I believe in giving back to the community and work as a volunteer fireman for the Town of Fond du Lac fire department. I have also held the positions of Training Officer, Captain and Fire Chief.
We have a cabin in northern Wisconsin, which we built and where we enjoy boating, snowmobiling and hunting. I started snowmobiling when I was a kid with my parents and have continued that tradition with my own family. I also enjoy riding my Harley and traveling to destinations in the US that I haven't been to. The Caribbean remains one of our all time favorite destinations. When time permits, I also enjoy dabbling in electronics, and hold a general amateur radio license.
