I'm proud to have been part of the ISI team since 2003. I started as the Marketing Assistant for the Education Division, and then moved on to serve the needs of all of our markets (restaurant, retail and education) as Marketing Coordinator. In my current role as Senior Marketing Coordinator there is never a dull moment. I thrive on being able to tackle such a great variety of projects and love working with our great team. One of my favorite
experiences was cross-training for the Art Department, where I filled in for a month for our Production Art Manager while she was on a mission trip in Africa.
Prior to coming to ISI, my background includes experience at the Milwaukee Art Museum, coordinating outreaches and events such as Family Sundays; teaching studio art workshops; and assisting with the coordination

of large scale events such as Lakefront Festival of Arts, Grape Lakes Food & Wine Festival and the Scholastic Art Exhibit. During college, I worked in administration and as a Teacher at a private school, and later established a web design business, which laid the foundation for my fondness of all things social media.
Our company culture inspires me to constantly innovate, delve into new technology and adapt as the market changes.
ISI's willingness to embrace new ideas has empowered me to explore innovative avenues to build our market share, reach our clients, and showcase our compelling thought-leadership in all the markets we serve. My approach to serving our clients is that it truly is all in the details. It doesn't take a huge budget to give them an 'icing on the gravy' over-the-top experience; a little love and attention to detail goes a long way.
From a young age I was intrigued by the world of sales and marketing. As an entrepreneurial 5th grader, I started a side business designing and selling t-shirts to my fellow classmates. In addition to starting my first 'real' job as a clerk at age 14, I became an Avon Representative at the ripe old age of 15. I fondly remember developing special promotions, and going out in my slightly-too-large ladies' business suit to consult with clients and deliver their orders.Within a few months I was awarded the Top 3 in Sales as a new rep in our district.
Skipping ahead several years, I've personally rounded out that experience by becoming a trained vocalist and songwriter, with experience ranging from serving as a soloist with the UWM Gospel Choir, to a backing vocalist for a gospel artist, to director of worship at church.
Painting, photography, and taking in the beauty of the outdoors helps to keep me balanced. I've also been learning Egyptian folkloric dance (go ahead, Google it!)
In 2006, my husband and I became the proud foster parents of our son who is now 24 years old. We also welcomed our first 'little one' in Summer 2012. He is already learning so much and loving music, and I'm working on teaching him Illustrator next. Our home is also comprised of Diesel, a large, affectionate canine (who thinks he is a tiny lap dog), as well our sassy orange cat who beats him up.
