I am the Director of Human Resources here at Interior Systems, Inc. I'm relatively new here at ISI; hired in March of 2011. I come to ISI with over 25 years of diversified human resources, health and safety, labor relations, and environmental experience in both corporate and manufacturing settings. Prior to coming to ISI, I held positions with the U.S. Foodservice, Case/New
Holland Corporation, Wisconsin Electric Power Company, New York Power Authority and the Ford Motor Company. I hold both a bachelor's and master's degree from Michigan State University (Go Spartans!). I converted from an Environmental Engineer to the world of human resources early on in my career and have never regretted it.
Weigh your hiring decisions more heavily on character and integrity rather than on a particular skill. You can teach a skill, but you can't teach character. -A former mentor
After growing up in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, I moved to New York to experience a change of scenery and extreme culture shock. Missing family, friends, and the Midwest is what brought me back to the Milwaukee area.
I currently reside in Whitefish Bay, WI with my wife Wendy and our three children; son Tracy, and daughters Samantha and Annie. In our free time we enjoy home renovation and have a nasty habit of removing any non supporting walls.
We also enjoy the unconditional love of our two dogs, music, Dexter, squeezing in a round of golf when possible, watching sporting events, frequenting Milwaukee's many fine restaurants and festivals, our affiliation with the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and spending time relaxing at our lake cottage.
