I graduated from Lockport High School, where I was involved in football, track and yearbook. Having a leadership role with the yearbook staff for several years taught me a variety of computer skills as well as writing, photography, design and layout. I also worked at a local steakhouse, The Fieldstone.
At Ithaca College, I began as a journalism major - writing and copyediting for the Ithacan Newspaper, joining the yearbook staff. I later realized that I had a stronger interest in studying people and cultures, specifically in Sociology and Spanish courses.
My career has included being an educator in Atlanta, Georgia and an educational sales consultant in South Florida. I have been successful in retail, restaurant and non-profit management as well as in automotive sales and lead management.
I have had the privilege of working for a variety of organizations with an intense focus on providing high-quality, unique experiences where customer satisfaction has been the foundation for success. I am thrilled to join the team here at Interior Systems! As a Regional Brand Manager in the Education Market, I feel at home as my versatility is matched by my colleagues and the company embodies the best practices from my previous employers.
Moving forward, I will rely on the strength of my skill set and thrive on the challenge of mastering new information. By careful observation of each environment and listening closely to their needs, I will enhance my clients' success by providing world-class product and service.
"A deep man believes in miracles, waits for them, believes in magic, believes that the orator will decompose his adversary; believes that the evil eye can wither, that the heart's blessing can heal; that love can exalt talent; can overcome all odds." - Ralph Waldo Emerson
Having lived in 5 states over the past 15 years, my wife Eileen and I have made Greenwood, Indiana our home. Our daughter, Giada, is in Kindergarten and our son, Paden, will begin Kindergarten in the fall. I was born in Riverside, a neighborhood of Buffalo, NY and moved to Lockport, NY when I was 9.
I am a big fan of my hometown and Zac Brown. My wife and I love to go camping or take a spontaneous road trip. I enjoy competition and would like to do more running, bowling, playing golf and eventually travel outside of North America (to visit).
At a young age, I loved everything about school - so much that I sometimes cared more about how the place operated than I did to follow the rules. I became familiar with administrators, faculty and staff beyond my classroom even then, testing the limits to understand every angle of the environment and the people in it. I learned to love and respect some of the fiercest disciplinarians as they embraced my passion for learning and drew out my talents.
My family, immediate and extended, have instilled in me the value of people from all walks of life and I have been fortunate to find friends along the way that I can call family. I take them with me everywhere I go and see them in all the people I meet.
