As the V.P. of Product Fulfillment, I oversee the areas of Engineering, Procurement, Production, Shipping, Receiving, Maintenance and Field Service. I am truly blessed to work with the best team in the industry. I began my career with Interior System in July of 1983 as a Décor Associate. When we purchased our first
CNC router in 1987, Dean Birschbach and I were selected to be the first CNC Router programmers and operators. Shortly after that, I applied and was chosen to become the Décor Supervisor. I held this position for a few years until I earned the position of Production Manager. In 2004, I was promoted to Midwest

Product Fulfillment Director overseeing all fulfillment responsibilities for the Fond du Lac facility. In 2006, I was asked to take on the Santa Fe Springs fulfillment responsibilities. In April 2008 I became V.P. of Product Fulfillment and in July 2012 I will be starting my 30th year with
the company. I have overseen expansions, large equipment purchases, facility moves, conventions and have been fortunate enough to see the company grow to where it is today. It's been a truly remarkable ride, I love my job and I wouldn't change a thing.
One year after I started with Interior Systems, I married my beautiful wife of 28 years, Diane. We have two wonderful daughters, Amanda, who is 25, and Samantha, 22. Amanda graduated with a degree in Art Education and is currently employed with the North Fond du Lac School District. Samantha has one year remaining in the Nursing program at U.W. Oshkosh.
My personnel page wouldn't be complete if I didn't mention my best bud in the world and that is my dog Bailey. Bailey is a Nova Scotia duck toll retriever; otherwise known as a Toller. Bailey will be turning 10 this July but still acts like a puppy. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time working in my yard, fishing and golfing.
