Working in the Fiberglass Department, I am given daily, weekly and monthly deadlines that need to be met. This provides me steady motivation and I am constantly challenged to reach goals. Although working with deadlines can be a bit overwhelming,
I accept the challenge because it's exhilarating every time we hit or exceed our goals as a team. For 23 years I've been here at ISI in the Fiberglass Department, and I've enjoyed the work and the people for all of those 23 years.
Curiosity is the very basis of education and if you tell me that curiosity killed the cat, I say only the cat died nobly.
I have been married for 18 years and have three sons, Chad, Dallas, and Erik; and one daughter, Lisa. When they were younger, we enjoyed traveling as a family, and made frequent trips to Texas to visit my family, which is where I grew up.
Now, as the kids have grown up, gotten married, or moved away; my wife and I enjoy traveling to visit them. I have four fun grandchildren and we see them as much as we can. Other than family, you will usually find me watching and betting on sporting events.
