Randy Radtke

  • Decor Supervisor
  • Being a dad is hands down my favorite, most important job I'll ever have.
  • One of my favorite things to do is go to movies.
  • My Uncle's nickname was 'Poopy.' It was passed down to me when I was little, and I can't seem to shake it to this day when I go back to my hometown.

I came to ISI in 1986, and I started working in our Seating Department. I realized immediately that this was the perfect company for me to make my career at. Although I have worked in just about every department in our production facility, I have made the Décor

department my home. I became the Décor Supervisor in 1996 and feel extremely privileged to be in charge of such a talented group of people. ISI is truly just a large family with a lot of passionate, loyal and gifted people throughout.

Make it a great day or not, the choice is yours.

I grew up in a small town 40 miles west of Fond du Lac. For 17 years I drove back and forth from home to work, but nine years ago I decided to move my family here. I have a wonderful 13 year old daughter and dog named Snickers. Adopting my daughter was, without a doubt, the best thing that has ever happened to me. It changed my life pretty much over night. My daughter and I do almost everything together and are always looking for new hobbies, but keep our old favorites and traditions together.

We enjoy hitting the slopes in the winter, and in the summer you can find us boating on Green Lake with a boat full of her friends. I'm the kind of person who usually looks back and has buyer's remorse, but I always dreamed of having a boat. I sometimes get "buyer's remorse" if I make a big purchase, but this is one thing that I will never regret purchasing.
