I started at ISI in 1988 as an installer within our Field Service Department traveling coast to coast with a handful of crew leaders, soaking up all their knowledge and learning tricks of the trade as well as cross training in Fiberglass, Upholstery, Assembly, Finishing, and Décor. Within a little over a year, I was promoted to Installation Lead where I spent the next nine years installing and training new crew members continuing
the cycle of "Master" to "Grasshopper." Needless to say, traveling and living out of a suit case for 10 years is not great for family life. So like a few of my predecessors, I shifted my talents and product knowledge from the road into our main office. I spent time in Contract Development for nearly three years, and Project Management for upwards of six years. In these roles I took on a multitude of customers.
So remember, if the women don't find you handsome, they should still find you handy.
From education markets, to quick serve restaurants; which included McDonald's, The McDonald's CBB programs, KFC and Yum Brands, I have always had the ability to shift roles and move where I am needed within our ISI family. Currently, I am again working in our Field Service Department as Installation Supervisor and Coordinator where I enjoy working with
our Certified Installation Crews coordinating their scheduling and getting them the information and advice they need to succeed in the field. This also requires working closely with our Customer Service Staff, Project Managers, and Production Associates all to ensure timely and successful installations.
Away from work, I enjoy traveling, hiking, biking, and motorcycles. I also like going to water parks, zoo's, museums, nature centers and finding new places to visit.
I especially enjoy sharing these new adventures with my beautiful wife, Timi, and my treasure of a daughter, Gabrielle. I am always looking for that next new experience that makes living life so great
