As Quality Manager, I am responsible for developing and implementing systems that ensure that all ISI processes produce results that delight our customers. I also coordinate our Lean continuous improvement projects. I received my B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
I also have completed significant coursework in a wide variety of quality system methodologies. During my twenty-five years of quality management experience, I have obtained a wealth of practical knowledge that will serve as a tremendous asset in our quality journey here at ISI.
It is not necessary to change. Survival is not necessary. -W. Edwards Deming
As a born and raised Wisconsinite I love the outdoors, as long as it's not cold or snowing. I have a strong sense of family and enjoy spending time with my wife and two adult sons. I especially cherish the memories of family activities with the boys, including some of our traveling adventures. One in particular, during a road trip to Wyoming was quite memorable. We encountered a strong storm that produced a tornado.
While I drove rather rapidly in the opposite direction, my older son, perhaps ten at the time, was fixated on the storm while looking out the back window, imploring me to slow down so he could get a better look. I like to think that my evasive driving played a part in him becoming the meteorologist he is today. He now chases tornadoes as a career. I enjoy looking at the pictures.
